The Memex codebase is distributed under the GPL-3.0 license. Your rights and obligations for the source code are governed by that license. The current repository is available on GitHub.

The website links to external services including the App Store, Google Play, GitHub, Discord, and third-party LLM providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Memex is not responsible for their independent practices.

The website content and open-source materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We try to keep the information accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that the site, code, or documentation will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

We may update these terms as the project evolves. When we do, we will revise the update date on this page.
